新開幕！台灣文學基地, 前身是日治時代幸町職務官舍群, 大約建造於1920至1940年代。是當時台灣總督府及軍方重要高等職務官舍。
台灣文學基地園區包括濟南路二段25、27號及齊東街53巷2號至10號，共有7棟歷史建築，佔地350坪，是台北市內最大、修復最完整的日式宿舍群。

New opening! The Taiwan Literary Base, formerly known as the Kuo Ting official residences  in the Japanese reign, were built in the 1920s to 1940s. It was an important high-ranking official residence of the Government of Taiwan and  the military.
The area of the Taiwan Literature Base includes No. 25 and No. 27, Section 2, Jinan Road, and No. 2-10, Lane 53, Qidong Street. It has 7 historical buildings and covers an area of 350 square meters. It is the largest and most fully restored Japanese-style dormitory group in Taipei City .
